All orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation. Delivery times vary depending on the product type: Frag Originals are delivered within 3-5 working days, Frag Creations within 5-6 working days, and Fragments and Customized Perfumes within 6-8 working days.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email to follow your shipment in real time. Please ensure your delivery details are accurate at checkout — Frag is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information.
Shipping is free on orders above 1,400 EGP; below that, a flat fee of 100 EGP is added at checkout.
